The idea of ​​the Women Work from Home Program began in 2008, as a pioneering step aimed at enabling the working woman to harmonize her family obligations and actively participate in the labor market, in order to stimulate the productive capacities inherent in the home, and to participate in the development process in society as well. To achieve this goal, the administrative process of the program is designed with complementarity, whereby the academy provides financial, supervisory and marketing support for the program and for Saudi women enrolled in it, so the process begins first with training girls in production, followed by the delivery of the raw materials provided by the academy to the girls to work from home, and then receive The academy finalizes the products, subjecting them to the production quality control phase, and the production process ends with sorting, packing and shipping to customers as a final stage. The production lines run by the Academy vary between carpet production lines, prayer robes and rosaries, and ceramics.
