The item is not a custom or personalized product (which cannot be returned unless defective).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
Mobile parts and accessories that have been opened or used.
Custom or personalized items.
Gift cards or vouchers.
Any product marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
3. How to Return an Item To initiate a return:

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s). You may be required to send the item(s) back to us at your own cost, depending on the reason for the return.
Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item(s) is securely packaged in the original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping: After receiving the return authorization, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
